Pack Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they are protected during transit and eligible for a refund.
Attach the Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand over your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund or exchange has been processed.
